Saudi foreign minister holds phone talks with Italian, Spanish counterparts

RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal Bin Farhan held talks over the phone with his Italian and Spanish counterparts on Thursday, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

During his call with Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio, Prince Faisal reviewed bilateral relations and opportunities to develop them in various fields, in addition to a number of regional and international issues and developments.

The Saudi foreign minister also received a phone call on Thursday from the Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jose Manuel Albares.

During the call, the Saudi foreign minister and his Spanish counterpart discussed bilateral relations and explored ways to develop them in various fields.

They also took stock of a number of regional and international issues and developments.
