BAGHDAD — Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi announced on Saturday the arrest of a terrorist cell that planned and carried out the suicide attack in Al-Sadr city, Baghdad, recently.

"We have arrested all the members of the cowardly terrorist cell that planned and perpetrated the attack," Kadhemi said on Twitter, "and they will face the law."

The prime minister did not specify the number of people arrested.

Meanwhile, a roadside bomb attack targeted a Baghdad suburb last Monday, killing at least 30 people and wounding dozens of others at Wahailat market in Sadr City. — KUNA
