12,000 umbrellas distributed among worshipers, workers at Grand Mosque

MAKKAH — The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques distributed on Friday 12,000 umbrellas to worshipers and workers at the Grand Mosque as part of initiatives launched by the presidency in preparation for this year’s Hajj season, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

The director of the Social Services Department at the General Presidency, Janadi Bin Ali Madkhali, said that this falls within a package of initiatives offered by the Presidency to protects pilgrims, worshipers, workers and visitors of the Grand Holy Mosque from heat and ensure their safety.
