Saudi Arabia closes July domestic sukuk issuance worth SR10.41 billion

RIYADH — The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) announced on Tuesday it has closed the July 2021 issuance under the government's Saudi riyal-denominated sukuk program.

The issuance size was set at SR10.412 billion, the NDMC said in a statement.

The sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:

The first tranche has a size of SR 6.462 billion, maturing in 2031.

The second tranche has a size of SR3.950 billion, maturing in 2035. — SG
