Civil Defense: Houthi's projectiles fall on border village in Jazan region

JAZAN — Lt. Col. Muhannad Bin Jasser Zailai, deputy spokesman for the Civil Defense Directorate in Jazan Region, has stated that the directorate received a report about the fall of military projectiles launched by the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militia from inside the Yemeni territories towards one of the border villages in Jazan Region.

Lt. Col. Zailai added that five military projectiles had fallen near the main road of the village, resulting no injuries. The procedures adopted in such cases have been immediately implemented, he said.

Meanwhile, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) strongly condemned the launching of projectiles by the terrorist Houthi militia towards a border village in Jazan region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In a statement today, Dr. Youssef Bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, secretary general of OIC, renewed his organization's support for all measures the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia may take to maintain its stability and security.
