CAIRO — Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met here on Monday with Saudi Royal Court Adviser and Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority Turki Alalshikh, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

During the meeting, Alalshikh conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman to the Egyptian president.

For his part, the Egyptian president emphasized the depth and strength of the long-standing historical relations between the two countries and their citizens.

El-Sisi said that the partnership between the two countries is strategic and constructive at all levels and in various fields, involving government agencies as well as the private sector in both countries.

The Egyptian president also that the bilateral ties are witnessing the continuous development and achieving positive and fruitful results of development, economy, investment and entertainment sectors.

He stressed that the leadership of the two countries is always striving for more communication, consultation, coordination and cooperation in order to strengthen the bonds between the two countries and their people and to overcome any challenges facing them at the government level and in private sectors.
