King Salman exchanges Eid greetings with Nigerian president in phone call

NEOM — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman received a phone call on Monday from Nigerian President Muhammad Bukhari, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

During the call, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Nigerian president exchanged greetings of Eid Al-Fitr.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques also expressed his condolences on the death of the Nigerian army commander to the president and the family of the deceased.

They also reviewed aspects of bilateral relations and ways to enhance them.

King Salman also received a phone call on Monday from Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, congratulating the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques on the advent of Eid.

For his part, King Salman reciprocated the sentiment, wishing further security and stability for Afghanistan.

They also reviewed historical relations between the two countries and the means to promote them.
