ATHENS — Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Culture Prince Badr Bin Abdullah Bin Farhan met with Greek with Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias here on Thursday before concluding his two-day official visit to the country.

At the outset of the meeting with the Greek foreign minister, Prince Badr conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman to the Greek prime minister, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

According to the SPA report, they reviewed the outcomes of the meetings the Saudi culture minister had with Greek officials, stressing the importance of supporting joint cultural cooperation efforts that would strengthen the relations between the Saudi and Greek citizens.

Meanwhile, the Greek culture minister said that the meeting focused on further strengthening Greek-Saudi cooperation, recent developments in the region.

The Saudi culture minister met with the Greek President Katerina Sakellaropoulou and the Greek Minister of Culture and Sports Lina Mendoni on Wednesday.
