King Salman reviews bilateral ties with Bahraini king in phone call

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman received a phone call from Bahrain’s King Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported early Thursday.

During the call, they reviewed the strong relations between the two countries and issues of common interest, according to the SPA report.

King Hamad expressing congratulations to King Salman on the re-opening of the King Fahd Causeway for passengers, the Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.

According to the BNA report, the Bahraini king during the call stressed that the Causeway is a great developmental monument that embodies the solid bridges of love and fraternity between the two countries.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques wished the people of Bahrain ever-lasting progress and prosperity under King Hamad’s leadership, the BNA report added.
