CAIRO — The Arab Parliament disapproved the silence of the European Parliament over the flagrant crimes and aggressions of the Israeli occupation forces in Palestine, while other Arab, European states and organizations have taken steps, expressing total rejection of the Israeli violations in stark defiance of the international as well as humanitarian laws, norms and charters.

The Arab Parliament reiterated its denunciation and disapproval, in strong words, of Israeli brutal aggression against the Palestinians, calling on the UN Security Council to move immediately to put an end to all Israeli violations.

On Saturday, the Arab Parliament warned of the danger of the continuing deterioration of the situation in the Palestinian territories, stressing the need to stop the Israeli attacks on the Palestinian lands and spare the peoples of the region further escalation.

In a statement, the Arab Parliament praised the honorable positions taken by a number of countries to support and relieve the wounded Palestinians in the Israeli aggression, stressing the importance of strengthening Arab solidarity to support Palestine in the face of the brutal occupation. — SG
