King Salman receives phone call from Iraqi prime minister

NEOM — The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman received a phone call Thursday from Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, prime minister of the Republic of Iraq, congratulating him on the blessed Eid Al-Fitr.

During the call, Al-Kadhimi also expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for issuing his directive on the Kingdom's donation to rehabilitate Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital, as a gift to the Iraqi people.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed his thanks to the Prime Minister of Iraq for his congratulation, praying to Allah Almighty to return this occasion to the Islamic nation with goodness and blessing.

The King stressed that the Kingdom stands by the Iraqi people based on the bonds of brotherhood and the historical relations between them. — SPA
