RIYADH — Prince Faisal Bin Bandar, Governor of Riyadh region, has approved the launch of a coronavirus campaign in cooperation among the Women's Committee for Community Development, the Family Affairs Committee of the Regional Council and the Health Volunteering Society "Athar".

This campaign aims to increase the number of people inoculated against coronavirus in order to reach herd immunity and promote health awareness of the measures to prevent the spread of the deadly virus by implementing a number of initiatives.

The campaign is being implemented in partnership with the First Health Cluster in Riyadh as a medical partner, the Council of NGOs in Riyadh Region as well as many partners and supporters, through mobile medical clinics to provide COVID-19 vaccine services, the field awareness campaigns, and the distribution of protective bags.
