Historical mosques in Al-Wajh Governorate welcome worshipers

AL-WAJH — The Al-Wajh Governorate in Tabuk Region, which overlooks the northwest coast of the Red Sea, has a number of historical mosques, which were established more than 200 years ago.

Al-Ashraaf Mosque, Al-Bedaiwi Mosque, Al-Bouq Mosque, and Abu Naboot Mosque, which were established before 1251AH, are considered educational beacon for memorizing and learning of the Holy Qur'an.

The Saudi Press Agency (SPA)'s lens highlight the historical heritage and the architecture of these mosques, which are still receiving worshipers. — SPA
