RIYADH — The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) provided additional options to support Saudi-females working in the private sector.

It has added Careem Company as a service provider in the Transportation Program for Working Women (Wusool), in order to empower women to work in the private sector.

Careem services will be available in 28 cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as any working woman in the private sector who meets the requirements can register in "Wusool" via (http://wusool.sa).

According to the amendments that have been made to the mechanism and requirements of the program, it deducts 80% of the cost of each trip to and from women's workplaces .

This after raising the maximum limit of the subsidy to SR1100 per month for beneficiaries with a monthly wage of less than SR6000, and maximum limit of SR800 for beneficiaries with a monthly wage between SR6001-8000.
