RAMALLAH — Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh has thanked the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) for providing aid to the Palestinian people in the holy month of Ramadan.

During the Palestinian Cabinet's session held on Monday, Shtayyeh valued the KSrelief's efforts to provide Ramadan food baskets, adding that these baskets will be distributed during the coming days through Zakat committees.

It is worth mentioning that the Palestinian Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs launched the Ramadan food baskets project, which will be distributed to the needy families and orphans, funded by KSrelief, and in coordination with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization. — SG
