More than 7 million visitors to Maqra' Al-Haramayn

MAKKAH — The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, represented by the Agency for Guidance and Counseling Affairs, provided a number of services to the beneficiaries including “Maqra' Al-Haramayn” that aims to teach the beneficiaries the proper recitation of the Holy Qur’an by accredited reciters.

“Maqra' Al-Haramayn” was provided to teach the beneficiaries the proper recitation of the Holy Qur’an using audio-visual communication technology to reach all parts of the world around the clock and for both genders and to anyone interested in learning the Holy Qur’an at any time or place using advanced technology.

A total of 81,455 beneficiaries from 217 countries have registered in this service with more than 350 reciters completed the memorization of the Holy Qur’an in addition to 7,786,692 visits to the service website.

It is worth mentioning that Maqra' Al-Haramayn is taking care of teaching the Holy Qur’an at high level in different languages through 34 male and female reciters. — SPA
