RIYADH — The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has published all bankruptcy and commercial judgments on its portal at www.moj.gov.sa.

“The step aims to enhance transparency and disseminate legal culture by highlighting legislative and procedural tools, applications and principles,” MoJ said.

“It enables better outcome predictions and underscores the quality of judicial output.”

Last year, the ministry’s Research Center started publishing all rulings on bankruptcy and commercial cases, making them available for viewing online.
