Saudi Arabia, US seek to strengthen ties, technological partnerships

RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdullah Al-Suwaha met here on Tuesday with the US Chargé d'affaires in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Martina Strong and the accompanying delegation.

They discussed means to consolidate relations between the two friendly countries, in the domain of communications and information technology, in addition to the digital infrastructure and the digital economy.

The meeting, which was attended by a number of the ministry's officials, discussed also cooperation opportunities, enhancing activities, experience exchange, and establishing fruitful technological partnerships among big US tech-companies with their Saudi counterparts. — SG
