Adaa: 96% satisfied with services offered by vaccination centers in Kingdom

RIYADH — A survey conducted by the National Center for Performance Measurement (Adaa) has shown that more than 96% of those who have received the COVID-19 vaccination are satisfied with the services of the vaccination centers, reflecting the distinguished efforts made by the government bodies and their determination to provide the best services to their beneficiaries and ensure their satisfaction.

The Director-General of the Center, Eng. Rashid Bin Abdullah Al-Quoud, expressed his thanks and appreciation for the support of the wise leadership to all government agencies to confront this pandemic in a high level of accuracy and achievement, noting that the positive results of the survey reflect the quality of government services provided to the beneficiaries.

He disclosed that the result of measurement, which was carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, was the outcome of 460,000 evaluations, covering more than 500 vaccine centers in all regions of the Kingdom. — SPA
