MWL, Spanish Islamic Commission, co-sign MoU

MAKKAH — The Muslim World League (MWL) and the Spanish Islamic Commission co-signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU).

The co-signing ceremony took place, during a reception given by MWL Secretary General Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa for the Spanish Islamic Commission President Dr. Dr Aiman Adlbi and his accompanying delegation.

The MoU included the preparation of an action plan with a specific timetable to activate the contents of "Makkah Al-Mukarramah Document" in the Kingdom of Spain and the Spanish-speaking countries, and the establishment of a youth center aimed at promoting the principles of love and coexistence.

The two parties will hold a series of activities including conferences, symposiums, programs and panel discussions to discuss issues of concern to Muslims. — SPA
