44 govt agencies taking part in Saudi Arabia's trade policy review at WTO

RIYADH —
A total of 44 government agencies are part of Saudi Arabia's delegation headed by the Governor of the General Authority of Foreign Trade Abdurrahman Bin Ahmed Al-Harbi to the third trade policy review meeting at the World Trade Organization.

The three-day, which got underway on Wednesday (March 3) and will conclude on March 5 (Friday), is taking place virtually due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Through the procedures and stages of the third trade policy review, the Kingdom has adhered to the rules and agreements of WTO, stressing its commitment to enabling access to markets for goods and services.

The review of the policies represents an opportunity to assess the great progress that the Kingdom has made in light of its Vision 2030 in the field of development and economic diversification.
