ABU DHABI — Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, who is also the and deputy supreme commander of the United Arab Emirates’ armed forces, visited Saudi Arabia's pavilion at the International Defense Exhibition (IDEX) 2021 on Tuesday.

During his tour of the pavilion, which is under the supervision of the General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI), Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed was briefed on the latest products and equipment that the sector has in Saudi Arabia, and the most prominent military products, offered by the largest Saudi national companies specializing in the field of military and security industries.

The crown prince of Abu Dhabi was accompanied by GAMI Governor Ahmed Bin Abdulaziz Al-Ohali, Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to the UAE Turki Al-Dakhil and the Saudi military attaché in Abu Dhabi Brig. Gen. Abdul Mohsen bin Fahd Al-Sudairy.

The Saudi pavilion is represented by GAMI and 12 other major Saudi companies. They are showcasing developments in Saudi military technology at the five-day event. The defense exhibition offers opportunities to forge relations between Saudi Arabia and other defense investors across the world.
