RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s human rights chief Awwad Al-Awwad held a virtual meeting on Tuesday with Dutch Human Rights Ambassador Bahia Tahzib-Li.

During the meeting, the president of the Saudi Human Rights Commission and the Dutch envoy discussed a number of issues of common interest between the two countries, especially in the field of human rights.

Al-Awwad highlighted Saudi Arabia’s efforts in the support of human rights and its achievements in this field.

He also referred to the comprehensive developments taking place in the Kingdom and the pioneering steps being undertaken to achieve sustainable development, in accordance with the Saudi Vision 2030.
