MAKKAH — The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques has supervised the maintenance of Holy Kaaba's Kiswa (cover).

This comes as part of the periodic work according to a fixed program that includes conducting comprehensive maintenance and a cleaning process for the Kiswa throughout the year.

According to the operational plan, the technical work team of specialized Saudi cadres inspects the Holy Kaaba on a daily basis, as it performs the necessary and periodic maintenance, in line with precautionary and preventive measures to curb the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
