King, Crown Prince condole Indonesian president on the victims of plane crash

RIYADH — The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman sent a cable of condolences to the Indonesian President Joko Widodo, expressing sympathy for the victims of a passenger plane crash in north Jakarta.

In his cable, the King said: We learned of the crash of a passenger's plane, north of Jakarta, resulting in victims, and as we sent your excellency, the families of the dead and the people of sisterly Republic of Indonesia, the warmest condolences and sincere consolation.

“We supplicate that may the Highly Exalted bestows His abundant mercy and condone upon the dead and inspire their kin patience and solace and preserve you and the people of the Republic of Indonesia against every harm and mischief, He is the Oft-Hearer, the All-Responder.”

Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy prime minister and minister of defense too sent a cable of condolences to the Indonesian President Widodo, expressing sympathy for the victims of a passenger plane crash in north Jakarta.

The Crown Prince said: “I was informed of the crash of a passenger plane, north of Jakarta, resulting in victims, and as I sent your excellency, the families of the all dead, I express utmost condolences and sincere consolation, supplicating that may Allah the Far Exalted bestows His abundant mercy upon the dead, He is the Oft-Hearer, the All-Responder.” — SPA
