KSrelief chief meets with British official, seeks joint efforts to help poor countries

RIYADH — Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, who is also an adviser at the royal court, met here on Tuesday with the United Kingdom Special Envoy for Famine Prevention and Humanitarian Affairs Nick Dyer.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed joint cooperation to meet needs in the food security and nutrition sectors and the agricultural and animal production sector in the most affected areas in Yemen and other needy countries.

They also discussed reducing the risks to the groups affected by famine or similar conditions, in addition to dedicating strategic relations between the two sides to serve the needy around the world.
