MOSCOW — Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed on Wednesday his thanks and appreciation to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman for the active and joint cooperation in OPEC+ to ensure the stability of global energy markets.

During a ceremony to receive the credentials of foreign ambassadors, Putin said that Russia and Saudi Arabia actively cooperate in the OPEC +, which contributes to ensuring the stability of global energy markets, adding that they are very grateful to King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman.
