MANAMA — Bahrain’s Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, who is also the country’s prime minister, held telephone talks on Monday with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Bahrain News Agency reported.

During the call, the Israeli premier extended his condolences to Bahrain’s King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa and the crown prince on the passing of the late Bahraini Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.

Bahraini and Israeli prime ministers also discussed bilateral cooperation following the signing of the peace deal and ways to establish collaboration across various sectors to further enhance peace and stability in the region. — SG
