Saudi Arabia denies reports about visit of Israeli officials

RIYADH — Saudi Arabia has denied media reports claiming that some Israeli officials visited the Kingdom along with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Sunday.

Dismissing the reports, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal Bin Farhan tweeted on Monday, saying: “I have seen press reports about a purported meeting between HRH the Crown Prince and Israeli officials during the recent visit by US Secretary of State Pompeo. No such meeting occurred. The only officials present were American and Saudi.”
