Kuwait's emir congratulates King Salman for presiding over successful G20 Summit

KUWAIT — Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has congratulated Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman on the success of the G20 Leaders' Summit presided over by Saudi Arabia.

The emir of t Kuwait praised the summit's distinguished organization that contributed to reaching constructive decisions and fruitful recommendations, especially with regard to strengthening international cooperation to confront the coronavirus pandemic and limit its repercussions.

He also commended the sincere efforts made to fulfil the requirements of sustainable development that everyone seeks, as well as to keep pace with successive developments, especially health conditions.

Sheikh Nawaf affirmed that this summit's success, through the keenness of all its members to participate effectively despite the current exceptional circumstances, clearly reflects the esteemed and high position of the Kingdom in the international community. He wished the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques constant good health and the Kingdom and its people steady progress and prosperity.

Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the crown prince of Kuwait and Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the prime minister of Kuwait, also congratulated King Salman on the success of the G20 Leaders' Summit.
