RIYADH — Saudi Post has issued a postage stamp (two riyals category) and a post card (five riyals category) for Saudi Dakar Rally, which receives international attention with the participation of a number of drivers at the global level.

The issuance of the stamp coincides with the launch of the 2nd Saudi Dakar Rally next January. The stamp also embodies this global sport occasion, which is one of the most exciting and challenging races around the world.

The Saudi Post regularly issues postage stamps on national and religious events, holidays, Hajj seasons, artistic and sports participations, as well as meetings and major conferences at the level of Islamic, Arab and Gulf summits to highlight various national achievements in all fields. — SPA
