RIYADH — President of Saudi Arabia’s Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) Ibrahim Al-Kahmous thanked the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states for adopting the communiqué issued following the first G20 anti-corruption ministerial meeting as an official guideline document.

Al-Kahmous also lauded the active participation of the United Arab Emirates, GCC secretariat general, in the G20 anti-corruption meeting chaired by Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi anti-graft authority chief made the remarks in the sixth meeting for heads of Integrity protection and anti-corruption authorities in the GCC.

Al-Kahmous hoped that the outputs of the G20 anti-graft meeting and the eighth session on UN Convention against Corruption held in Abu Dhabi would contribute to enhancing integrity and combating corruption in the GCC countries, in a way that raises the aspirations of the leaders and the aspirations and hopes of the people for their development and prosperity.
