King Salman, Macron discuss G20 efforts and bilateral ties

NEOM — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman made a phone call on Monday to French President Emmanuel Macron.

During the call, they reviewed the G20 efforts under the Saudi presidency and discussed initiatives proposed by Saudi Arabia to support the global economy and health system reeling from the effects of the coronavirus pandemic.

They also reviewed bilateral relations and ways of developing them. In addition, they discussed the latest developments in the region and the efforts made toward them.

For his part, the French President hailed the level of relations between the two countries, lauding the efforts exerted by Saudi Arabia during its presidency of the G20 this year.
