Crown Prince, Kushner discuss need to resolve Palestinian-Israeli conflict

NEOM, Saudi Arabia — Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, met on Tuesday with Jared Kushner, the senior adviser to US President Donald Trump, and his accompanying delegation, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

During the meeting, they discussed the partnership between the two friendly countries and the importance of strengthening it in all fields to achieve security and stability in the region and to ensure bolstering the international peace and security.

The prospects for the peace process in the region and the need to resume negotiations between the Palestinian and Israeli sides to achieve a just and lasting peace were also discussed.

The meeting was attended by Foreign Minister Prince Faisal Bin Farhan.
