Medical coding course planned for Hadaf beneficiaries

RIYADH – The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) and the Saudi Health Council (SHC) plan to launch a technical training program for medical coding. The plan, to be launched with the cooperation of competent training bodies, targets job-seeking bachelor graduates in the fields of natural sciences (physics, chemistry, biology), as well as qualified non-practicing doctors, nurses, and radiologists, to work in the private health sector.

Hadaf has called on jobseekers fulfilling its conditions to register and update personal data on the National Labor Portal (Taqat.sa) not later than forthcoming Monday, Aug. 17, a Saudi Press Agency (SPA) report said.

In this connection, Hadaf and SHC signed a cooperation agreement last December to support the implementation of the medical coding program.

This is with the objective of qualifying and employing them in the private sector establishments . The move also greatly support the Saudization plans and programs in the health sector.
