MiSK set to launch second Entrepreneurship World Cup

RIYADH — The Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk) is all set to launch the second version of the Entrepreneurship World cup, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Wednesday quoting organizers of the competition.

The initiative, part of the efforts of the international MISK forum, an affiliate of the foundation, seeks to support young entrepreneurs and encourage business innovation among the youths of the Kingdom through international contests.

The event includes training programs to help entrepreneurs gain skills. The participants will be assisted by mentors and other specialists in developing their business models.

Due to the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic, this year’s event will be organized virtually.

In a statement to mark the occasion, Abdulrahman Al-Suhaimi, director of the world cup initiative for entrepreneurship, said the event is expected to attract hundreds of competitors from the entire world.
