RIYADH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman is in stable condition, according to well-informed sources. Speaking to Okaz/Saudi Gazette, the sources said that King Salman is fine and there is no cause for worry about his health condition.
The Royal Court said in a statement on Monday that King Salman was admitted to King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh for medical checks due to an inflammation in the gall bladder. King Salman had received calls from several heads of state and rulers, checking on his health.
As soon as news broke about King Salman’s hospitalization, Saudis and non-Saudis took to Twitter, wishing him a speedy recovery. Prayers poured in from different parts of the world and different hashtags began trending on Twitter.
