KUWAIT CITY — The recovery rate from coronoavirus in Kuwait stood at approximately 82 percent, the ministry of health revealed on Tuesday.

The ministry reported 666 new cases of the COVID-19 coronavirus, along with 805 recoveries during the past 24 hours.

Of the new cases, 421 are Kuwaiti nationals and 245 are non-Kuwaitis.

With this, a total of 56,174 cases have been reported in the country, while recoveries are at 46,161.

The death toll reached 396 after three individuals died due to COVID-19 complications, according to the health ministry.

As many as 3,721 new COVID-19 tests have been carried out in the country, taking the total to 441,143. — Agencies
