Representatives from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the UN Office on Drugs and Crime participated in the event.

On day one, participants’ workshop focused on the National Referral System, the national legal framework, and the international legal framework.

On day two, the sessions addressed Saudi Arabia's new National Referral System in addition to the principles and practices of identification and referral.
