Shipment of 14,000,000 face masks arrives at KAIA in Jeddah

JEDDAH — King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah Monday received a shipment carrying 14,000,000 face masks to provide markets needs of these medical supplies to face the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

Musa Bin Sulaiman Al-Fifi, executive director of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) in the Western Sector, explained that this shipment is a continuation of the flow of these supplies through a number of the Kingdom's ports.

He pointed out that this shipment would be distributed to pharmacies and markets to face the spread of (COVID-19) pandemic. — SPA
