91 Indonesians on Awdah initiative leave for Jakarta

RIYADH —
Ninety-one Indonesian nationals returned to Jakarta on Sunday under the Awdah (Return) Initiative. The passengers left for the Indonesian capital on board a special plane from King Khalid International Airport after completing all Passports Department (Jawazat) formalities.

Awdah Initiative enables expatriates holding (exit and re-entry visa, final exit and visas of various kinds) to return to their countries by air once their countries confirm that they are ready to receive them, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

The initiative can be used by entering Awdah icon in Absher platform and fill in the following fields: (iqama number, date of birth, mobile number, departure city and arrival airport).

It is not necessary to have an account in Absher platform to access this service in order to facilitate expatriates of all nationalities to benefit from the initiative.

The total number of applications registered in the initiative reached 149,671 since its launch on April 22.
