RIYADH —
The Ministry of Health has launched the first stage of the WhatsApp service for its contact center 937.

The service will only be provided on Chat Pot (interactive chat) through WhatsApp number 920005937.

MOH stated that at the beginning of the conversation, the following services will be shown: information about the novel coronavirus, the locations of the primary health care centers, appointment service, blood donation and contact MOH's center 937.

More than 1,000 employees, customer service specialists and doctors are working in the center through various channels (telephone, social media, email, instant chat on the ministry's website).

The center operates 24/7 through all its channels (unified number 937, "Twitter": @saudimoh937, e-mail: 937@moh.gov.sa and instant chat on the official Ministry of Health website.

The center is one of the contact centers that operates within the general management of the call centers in the ministry. — SG
