Qatar records 830 new corona cases

DUBAI -- Qatar has detected 830 new confirmed cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections to 17,972 as of Wednesday, the Qatari Ministry of Public Health reported.

No new deaths due to COVID-19 were recorded in the past 24 hours, the ministry said. The death toll in the country stands at 12.

Out of 2,070 total recoveries, 146 have recovered in the past 24 hours, the ministry added. -- Al Arabiya English
