RIYADH — Eng. Ahmad Bin Suleiman Al-Rajihi, minister of Human Resources and Social Development, issued Thursday a ministerial decision that the practice of passenger transportation that uses smart applications is restricted to the Saudi citizens.

This decision aims to create more job opportunities for the young citizens to improve their income and to support the Saudi economy in accordance with the Kingdom Vision 2030.

The Ministry affirmed the necessity to apply this decision, adding that the penalties will be imposed against violators. — SPA
