Valid points

The editorial “Hypocrisy surrounds ICC decision” on April 6 has valid points.
It correctly noted that the International Criminal Court rejected an attempt by Palestine to be “recognized as a state to be legally capable of referring cases to the court in The Hague” because its arm could have been “twisted by the United States”. Probably the ICC decision was based on mere technicality and Palestine has to raise the issue to the UN.
