JEDDAH — The Islamic Corporation for the Development for the Private Sector (ICD), affiliated to the Islamic Development Bank Group (IDB), team won the 1st IsDB Group Basketball Tournament that concluded recently at the IsDB Group Basketball premises here.

In a fitting finale, the best two teams of the tournament tried to outdo each other for the top prize and ICD proved the better team, defeating ASD Boleros 74-59 in the final championship match.

IsDB Dribblers and Warriors competed for the third place with the Warriors winning 48 to 25 against Dribblers.

Ayman Amin Sejiny, CEO and general manager of ICD, high ranking officials of the corporation and other dignitaries from international organizations were present during the awards ceremony. — SG
