RIYADH — Najm for Insurance Services plans to automate operations and enhance transparency, CEO at Najm Dr. Mohammad Al-Suliman stressed during its participation as guest speaker at International Bodyshop Industry Symposium “IBIS 2020”.

He reiterated that modern automation, especially AI services, have played a key role in promoting transparency and achieving the highest levels of commitment and integration between insurance companies on the one hand, and insured persons on the other.

He highlighted the importance of automation in the development of the vehicle-related services system, including the insurance sector, which has shown significant progress in this field.

He added “Najm adopts automation and innovation as part of its strategy to ensure the implementation of best global practices and a complete digital transformation throughout our various services, in aims to enhance our ability to handle traffic issues in record times, increase efficiency on roads, and improve the quality of life in Saudi Arabia”.

He also discussed insurance claims, as Najm provides an effective digital platform that contributes towards simplifying procedures, handling and resolving accident-related issues, and completing insurance claims procedures as quickly as possible.

Moreover, Dr. Al-Suliman stressed on the importance of enhancing transparency within insurance procedures to further protect insured persons and strengthen the sector in general. He additionally reviewed Najm's steps in this context, particularly the combat of various aspects of "insurance fraud" and enhancement of trust between Najm and its various stakeholders. — SG
