WASHINGTON — Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal Bin Farhan held talks with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo at the State Department headquarters here on Wednesday.

During the meeting, they discussed the historical strategic relations between the two friendly countries, as well as aspects of cooperation and mutual coordination regarding issues of common concern.

They also reviewed the latest developments with regard to regional and international issues.

Saudi Ambassador to US Princess Reema Bint Bandar Bin Sultan, and the accompanying delegation, attended the meeting. Prince Faisal arrived in Washington on Wednesday as part of an official visit. — SG/SPA
