RIYADH —
Justice Minister Waleed Al-Samaani on Sunday launched the unified communication center 1950 to provide high quality service to clients around-the-clock using various communication channels.

The center provides its services in English and Arabic through a phone number, an email address as well as social media platforms.

The ministry announced the number 1950 as the unified phone number for callers inside Saudi Arabia, and 920001950 for callers from outside the Kingdom. Clients can also send their queries to the following email address: [email protected] or use the instant chat service on the ministry online portal.

The ministry said that the center is equipped with highest digital services and the team members are fully trained to handle the calls and provide the best possible support.

“The performance of the center will be monitored by the ministry indicators, in order to ensure highest quality and efficiency,” the ministry said.

“We look forward to boost the client experience and satisfaction through this important initiative, and provide speedy answers to questions and queries by our clients,” the ministry said.

More than 71% of the ministry’s services have now been digitized, including its notarization division, which can now resolve power-of-attorney requests within minutes. Audio-visual recordings of court hearings, digital certification of hearing minutes, and the online availability of hearing details and rulings, have all contributed to renewed transparency and public confidence.
