ITC obtains Tier III Constructed Facility Certificate

JEDDAH — Integrated Telecom Company (ITC), a leader in telecom and ICT services, obtained Tier III Certification of Constructed Facility from UPTIME institute for its Cloud data center located in Jeddah DC3. This certificate demonstrates ITC continued focus on efficiency and business continuity provided to public and private sectors.

This investment helps the company in achieving its goals and commitment in providing high standards services and maintaining its quality of service level agreement (SLA). In addition, it will provide reliable, safe and scalable infrastructure and sustainability, which confirms the company intention and commitment in providing the latest technologies that meet the increasing of customers’ demands for (hosting and collaboration) services and managed services, security services besides public and private clouds hosting services.
